As a key member of the Core HR Services team - reporting to the HR Services Transition Lead - you will be providing core (non-country specific, for EMEA region) services, such as Talent Management and Compensation & Benefits services to both Field HR and Centres of Excellence HR teams. Your main responsibilities: • Supporting the implementation of key core HR support services that cover multiple countries, including but not limited to: - the coordination of Talent Management activities (Eaton University administration and facilitation, Learning Management System administration, Graduate Leadership Program and Intern program administration and facilitation, facilitating I&D activity within the EMEA region) on behalf of Centres of Excellence and Field HR teams - the coordination of Compensation & Benefits activities (salary surveying&benchmarking, equality compensation reporting, merit and bonus -SIP/VPP- administration) on behalf of Centres of Excellence, Field HR and Country champions. - the facilitation of virtual learning events/conference services as and when required (Adobe services) • Timely and accurate preparation of system reports for key stakeholders, utilising different internal systems • Supporting global mobility process • Support the HR Services Transition Lead on additional ‘lift&shift’ activities when required • Ensuring that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is entered accurately • Support automation activities within HR Services including use of VBA/macros and other appropriate tools • Resolving job or employee related errors • Answering employee’s queries about HR-related issues • Creating HR process documentation • Willingness to support other tasks within the wider HR Services team as per need • Support and participate in Continuous Improvement activities as required Qualifications Your experience matters: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution • 1-2 years of experience in HR or Customer Service/Order Management Field • Fluent communication skills (verbal and written) in English is essential and other language capability would be advantageous • Strong Excel knowledge • Customer service orientation • Problem-solving attitude • Organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work in teams • Adaptable and flexible What we offer to you: • Permanent contract in a fast-growing global company • Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team • Flexible working solutions (hybrid, flexible working hours) are implemented across different EMEA locations • We make ethics and culture matter – You will enjoy working in supportive and collaborative workplace where ethics and safety are in our DNA • We make your perspectives matter - Different points of view are what drive innovation and collaboration, and at Eaton, innovation begins with top-to-bottom diversity.
