We are looking for HR professional to join our journey at Siemens Healthineers in Finland and Baltics. Our office is located in Espoo, but according to the Healthineers Way of Working philosophy the job can be performed from a remote office, if preferred. Your Responsibilities: As HR Country Head for Finland and Baltic Countries you are responsible for all HR deliveries to the organization. You will be part of our Nordic & Baltic HR-team where you will be reporting to the Head of HR Nordic & Baltic Zone, and you will be working closely with three other HR colleagues in the Nordic & Baltic Zone. Each HR colleague independently conduct their duties in their respective country. In Finland & Baltics you will work closely with the Country Head and Country Finance Head, and you will support the local people managers in varied People & Leadership processes aiming to unleash the full potential of our employees; the Healthineers. You are responsible for all HR deliveries in Finland & Baltics. You have access to a team of Compensation and Benefit specialists and a team of administrative HR experts who support you with HR-IT infrastructure, employment contract creation, payroll services, delegation support etc. These colleagues are physically located in different European countries but dedicated to support you and your colleagues in the Nordic and Baltic Countries. Further, you support recruitment by coaching the Hiring Managers to run the process in line with our Diversity & Inclusion agenda, which is a high priority to us. You further conduct assessment for the final candidates of each search and give assessment feedback to them, as well. Occasionally there are global or regional projects that you participate in as an HR or country representative. Your qualifications and experience: You are familiar with the local labor law and preferable with the Collective Agreement of Technology Industries as well, in order to support people managers with their ad-hoc questions regarding employment conditions. You have experience in cooperating with relevant local authorities and committees, like Occupational Healthcare and Health & Safety committee. You also act as a legal HR advisor to internal stakeholders in merges and acquisitions. At Siemens Healthineers we conduct a bi-weekly Peakon pulse survey, and you should have the ability to translate the signals from the survey feedback into tangible actions together with the people managers, who own the survey and the follow-up actions. There are several ways to qualify for the position. You might have a strong background as HR Business Partner with broad knowledge of HR and experience from several expert areas. Or maybe you have worked within one expert area for several years and now feel ready to expand your HR pallet. No matter what background you have it is essential that you get motivated by working with many aspects of HR such as coaching managers, recruiting, personnel cases, process implementation, trivial reporting tasks etc. You have a hands-on approach to HR, and you are a person with strong business acumen, have passion and the ability to proactively derive HR initiatives from business requirements, as well as being team player who enjoys working in intercultural teams. Your Skills: To get success in the job it is important that you enjoy administrative as well as tactical and strategic tasks. More specifically, you have the following skills: Service minded and agile way of working. Can do – attitude and delivers results. You hold a relevant university degree. Preferable master level. HR generalist with broad knowledge of HR and preferable experience from several expert areas. Experience with handling administrative and operational tasks effectively. Experience with driving organizational and/or cultural change. Working knowledge and experience of local labor law. Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
