Job Responsibilities:

• Designing HR plans and creating planning schemes for the Organization Department and supervising the implementation of various plans and schemes;
• Establishing and refining the HR management system and doing research on and designing HR management models, including the development of recruiting, personnel administration, compensation & benefits, and employee development systems, controlling HR cost, timely handling of crucial HR issues, and instructing employee career development;
• Assisting in designing the company's recruitment plans based on the business development demands and talent recruitment plans of various departments;
• Designing HR procedures and mechanisms regarding onboarding, departure, and internal job transfers;
• Define people management priorities and HR plans based on business strategy;
• Build up people learning and development system aligned with business strategy and deliver offerings;
• Provide tools and training to improve line managers' performance management competency;
• Keep close relationship and communication with local authorities to build up good relationship and positive image.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management or Human Resources Management or other Business related subjects;
• 10+ years of Human Resources experience, 5 years HR Manager/ HR Director level responsibility;
• Agile, adaptive and able to drive and deliver business-relevant HR solutions;
• People savvy and navigate in a working environment of complexity;
• Possesses track record in stakeholder engagement and management across all levels;
• Confident with influencing and building relationships across cultures and levels;
• Strong communication skills. English language proficiency required.
