Job Description
·Organization and utilization of work force,
·Job analysis and staffing,
·Measurement and appraisal of work force performance,
·Implementation of reward systems for employees,
·Professional development of workers,
·Maintenance of work force.

Role Responsibilities:
·Work closely with the CEO and the executive team to develop & execute human capital strategies, organization design and development, workforce planning, talent management, coaching and communication.
·Take care of staffing affairs, succession and development plans, including management development and employee career path programs appropriate for supporting and sustaining the company’s competitiveness.
·Constitute and evolution of corporate overall policies, work flow, measurement system, and HR internal procedures and practices.
·Professional development. Set up individual basis professional development program and internal trainings process, work with external training agencies.

Requirements:
·7-10+ years HR management experience including 5+ years as a senior HR in a regional role with a global organization;
·Have the experience to set up HR team
·Knowledge and experience in Human Resources systems development
·BS/BA required, Masters preferred
·Broad exposure to all Human resources functions and related tools, including culture development, change management, recruiting, employee retention, workforce planning, organization development, goal settings, appraisal measurement and execution, compensation, benefits, training, HRIS and administration
·Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
·M&A integration experience is preferred
