Position Description: Provide strategic HR support to SSG’s (Services Solutions Group) Industry Solutions Unit (ISU) and SSG Chief Marketing Officer’s (CMO’s) organization, including organization structure design, HR resource planning, talent acquisition, and mapping, leadership development, rewards, and recognition, etc. • Understand the business strategy and engage business leaders to drive an innovative environment through HR initiates/tools such as performance management, recognition, and other HR programs. • Supports HR-related communications rollouts for assigned organization, ensuring that business is prepared to address HR programs and processes with accuracy and following the HR calendar. Collaborates with appropriate HR functions to gather information, address concerns proactively, and #### Position Requirements: • A degree with 7-10 years’ professional experience, several years HR business partner or HR generalist related experience. • Project Management experience, capability of dealing with ambiguity • Strategic Insight & Independent thinker • Strong communication skills and influencer • Experience in providing HR support to an incubation or high growth team/organization is preferred. • Experience in providing HR support to a global/worldwide organization is preferred.
