Job Description
Position Description: Do you know how to develop and implement HR strategies and drive tangible change across the business? Can you make an impact and enable the business success through HR management? Reporting to the EMEA Executive HR Director (on a solid line basis) and UK and Ireland GM (on a dotted line basis), the HR Director UK and Ireland will play a key role as part of the UK and Ireland business management and EMEA HR leadership teams. Your goal will be to promote the corporate values, culture and empower our success through HR management, including job design, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes and talent management. What will be your responsibilities once you join our team? • Partner with the UK and Ireland leadership team to deliver the HR service by regular interactions on HR topics. You will be an effective listener, coach and consultant for people matters. You will influence the leadership team to drive the core people agenda with passion • Ensure the execution of the HR processes including talent management, performance management, succession planning and rewards management • Develop the HR metrics and ensure these are tracked & reviewed with the business leaders • Drive best practice talent acquisition methods to attract and hire strong talents with cultural fit through Employer Branding in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team • Give regular feedback to global HR stakeholders for the enhancement and/or development of systems and processes, that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the HR work • Drive HR transformation and act as an accountable HR leader to motivate the HR team to deliver excellent HR support to the business also based on analytics and business acumen • Ensure Legal and Compliance correctness throughout human resource management • Nurture a positive working environment and foster diversity • Lead a team of 4 team members across the region  and motivate, develop and coach them #### Position Requirements: • 10+ years of HR client facing or HR Business Partner experience partnering with leaders and stake holders within a complex matrixed environment.
