Project management at the Employee Engagement Wellbeing Team of Intel Israel. The team works on developing tools, methods, and program solutions to support the organization in achieving its cultural and organizational goals. The position includes developing and executing programs in the employee engagement field, as well as wellbeing programs, and calls for cross management of various partners in and outside of the organization.
Qualifications
We are looking for curious, eager to learn team members with proven abilities in program management and/or people management; great time management skills; creative and out-of-the-box thinking; high interpersonal abilities; reliability, and ability to work independently and as team members.
An M.A Student with at least 3 semesters till graduation/ equivalent work experience.
A substantial advantage will be given to ones with background and experience in event productions and or program management and or leading organizational processes, and or HRBP experience.
High proficiency in English and Microsoft Office skills.
Teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
Availability - at least 4 days a week.
Ability to travel between the various Israeli Intel campuses.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
