Our location in Lake Bluff, IL currently has an opportunity for an HR Excellence Insights Specialist.

This role works in the reporting, administration, and quality check of Key Performance Indicators, Operational Metrics and Customer Satisfaction data for the HR Service Center and GHRS overall, supporting in the delivery of accurate and timely reports and insights.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administers, monitors and analyzes KPIs, Operational Metrics and Customer Satisfaction for the Global HR Service Center and the broader GHRS organization ensuring timely deliverables and data integrity
  • Creates more efficient ways to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations for an optimal operation of the GHRS organization, including the analysis and interpretation of operational and customer data and the identification of potential risks and areas of opportunity
  • Uses independent judgment and expertise to explore new ways to analyze complex data, identify relevant trends and patterns, and uncover areas for improvement and efficiency gains
  • Continuously reviews the current ways KPIs, Operational Metrics, and reports are handled to make sure they meet quality standards
  • Collaborates in the development of reporting tools, dashboards, and scorecards to support critical business decisions and the continuous monitoring of the operation
  • Reviews and maintains reporting processes to ensure data integrity and operation efficiency
  • Collaborates with other team members and cross-functional areas to meet information and data needs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Major in Business, Market Research, Statistics, or Data Analytics preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience working in the following environments:
    • Data analytics, KPI measurement, customer insights, or quantitative market research
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.  Power BI knowledge preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and professional speaking skills
  • Experience with Zendesk and Workday strongly preferred
  • Experience or exposure to service center, call center or customer service environments
