Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
- Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
- Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
Compensation & Benefits:
- Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
- Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations – promotion & confirmation etc
HR Administration:
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
- Handling administration of all contract labor
- Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the HR Manager
- Handling all employee enquiries & grievances
- Dispute settlements according to labor law & compliance guidelines
- Compiling monthly management reports and statutory surveys
- Staff Orientation and Administration
- Performance Appraisal Administration
- Update employee records in PeopleWise system
- Ensure that data in Time Attendance system is uploaded to HR system
- Support CSR program and company events
- Work with business units and staff in providing value added advice, support and services
- Maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records
- Employee welfare – Compensation, Benefit packages, Insurance matters & Recreation activities
Other ad hoc duties assigned by HR Manager
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Diploma in Human Resource Management
