Job Description
Job Responsibilities: 
Recruitment: 
  • Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly 
  • Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
  • Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
  • Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations – promotion & confirmation etc
HR Administration:
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
  • Handling administration of all contract labor
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the HR Manager
  • Handling all employee enquiries & grievances
  • Dispute settlements according to labor law & compliance guidelines
  • Compiling monthly management reports and statutory surveys
  • Staff Orientation and Administration
  • Performance Appraisal Administration
  • Update employee records in PeopleWise system
  • Ensure that data in Time Attendance system is uploaded to HR system
  • Support CSR program and company events
  • Work with business units and staff in providing value added advice, support and services
  • Maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records
  • Employee welfare – Compensation, Benefit packages, Insurance matters & Recreation activities
Other ad hoc duties assigned by HR Manager
 
Job Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management
