Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions including but not limited to monthly payroll calculation,local social contributions, tax filing, benefits enrollment & termination,and leave administrations.
2. Support in market benchmark & benefits review. Participate in other regular market surveys andproviding analysis for business needs whenever is necessary.
3. Participate in budget and reforecast process.
4. Ensure all HR activities are compliance with all legal requirements.
5. Be the team’s super user in maintenance and updating of personnel information in HRIS to ensure accuracy (compensation & benefits package, commission, personal files, leave etc.)
6. Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects when required.
7. Serve as a one of the key facilitators, to ensure that employees understand policies, working conditions, benefits and promotion opportunities. Liaise with all retailing shops in providing HR professional support.
Requirements:
1. A university degree in human resources, or business related disciplines.
2. More than 5 years C&B experience in sizable organization, preferably gained from retail industry.
3. Solid C&B experience in handling complicated payroll in retail environment and administrate employee's benefits.
4. Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and relevant legislations and regulations. Knowing other countries labor law would be a plus.
5. Strong knowledge in salary and benefits administration, C&B practices.
6. Experience in HRIS integration would be a plus.
7. Strong analytical skills and detail minded with high sensitivity to numbers and details.
8. Proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skill and ability in providing effective and customer-oriented services to employees and HR partners.
