Responsibilities:
The Finance & HR Assistant assists in HR & Accounting tasks under the supervision of the HR & Finance Officer.
• Undertake accounts payable functions
• Undertake petty cash records
• Assist with procurement and related matters
• Assist with Freelance Service Provider agreement process
• Assist with Fixed Asset records and perform annual count
• Other assigned HR and Finance related tasks
• Perform other duties as directed by the HR & Finance Officer/Principal

Competencies required:
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word
• Reliability and detail-oriented

Requirements
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Relevant experience
