Job Description

 
We are looking for an HR Intern for our Singapore Office at Daimler Financial Services Africa & Asia Pacific Ltd. starting from January. Our internships are paid and ideally, you will be able to commit at least for 3 months and up to 6 months. You will be part of our local and regional Team and support, engage and develop in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the regional team with various Strategic HR initiatives and projects
• Actively support in regional HR digitalization projects and new tool roll out initiatives
• Support in the planning and execution of Leadership & Development Programs
• Organize the agenda and materials for regular HR Leadership Videoconference as well as workshop
• Prepare presentations and content for internal communication 
• Coordinate, conduct and prepare HR induction program
• Responsible for intern recruitment and onboarding 
• Maintain and update internship headcount
• Support in the employee recruitment process
• Liaise with hiring managers in coordinating interviews
• Support in any other HR – related duties and projects


 

• Preferred current field of study in Business/Human Resource/International Management
• Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
• Possess strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and deliver on time
• Possess great eagerness to learn and take up challenges
• Excellent spoken and written communication skill
• Multi-linguistic abilities would be an added advantage
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skill, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good team player
 
You preferably should be able to commit to a 6 months, full-time internship from 1 January 2020.
