You will take a significant role in shaping processes and workflows that enable positive, transparent and smooth experience to our people. You will support our day-to-day business, serving as a trusted advisor to the local team on all HR matters, collaborate with local and global partners on executing the HR roadmap. You will also be implementing organization-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement, wellbeing, flex benefit plans, “culture crew”). As an HR Generalist You Will Continuously improve employee onboarding processes Support internal mobility and employee career development Lead Employee Wellbeing initiatives and projects Keep our HR Information System (Workday) updated Design reports and presentations on HR metrics Initiate, drive and mange innovative HR project (we are open to your ideas and initiatives!) Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience Take part in designing HR processes and implement them What you need to bring with you… At least one role as HR generalist in high growth company in a global Business environment Proved project management skills Good with HR IS, not afraid of numbers and analytics Understanding employee life-cycle processes - On/Off Boarding, Career Growth and Internal mobility Team player, fun to work with Eager to get things done, with a structured and independent way of working.
