Job Description
Human Resource
· General HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance
· General business support
· Employee hiring, onboarding, termination, and records maintenance
· Employee and labor relations and communications
· Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), monthly HR report
· Manage specific certificated training
· Support employee relation cases (retire, injury, maternity, lawsuit, etc.)
· Liaise with local government for subsidy and annual audit
· Support to complete various of audits required from customers
Admin
· Support on employer branding initiatives and staff engagement actions
· Act as bridge role to improve internal communication channel
· Contingency (Covid) issue management
· Lean coordination
· Other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
· Excellent written and oral English skills.
· Independent, proactive and self-motivation mentality.
· Good at communication and cooperation ability, and have teamwork spirit.
· Good interpersonal skills.
Education / Experience
· Bachelor degree, preferred major in Business English or HR.
· Be familiar with HR & Administration work, 5-year experience in MNC.
· Skillful in driving is preferable.
