POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide comprehensive HR administration support including: talent acquisition, creating organization charts, completing headcount, vacancy and budget tracking reports, and preparing presentations and support documentation for meetings
  • Coordinate periodic Electrolux people processes including but not limited to performance management, regular checking in, objective setting, talent management and ongoing employees engagement & relations programs
  • Collect, consolidate and process data for regular reporting and analysis purposes
  • Workforce analytics: Generate statistical reports and analysis, using metrics, statistical summaries, and special reports involving HR data against stated business objectives and to drive the purpose of the organization
  • Ensure data validity and quality through maintenance of employees’ records, compensation and benefit data, performance and talent records, budget and forecast, headcount and vacancy, payroll information databases
  • Perform local HR benefits administration/enrollment including payroll, MPF, Group Medical Insurance and leave analysis
  • Support GO HR team in the delivery of global HR initiatives and activities
  • Handle employees’ HR related enquiries
  • Work collaboratively, cross-functionally, regionally and communication with the headquarters to obtain greater results
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government regulations affecting HR functions

  • Knowledge and experience:
    • Business University Degree with min 3-year of relevant HR experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees in the headquarters of the company
    • Strong analytical, coordination and problem solving skills
    • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point

Required languages:

  • Fluent in Chinese and English
