岗位职责:
A. Maintain and update training related policies and procedures.
B. Improve annual Training Needs Analysis process; keep regular communication with business
managers to understand training needs.
C. Support annual training plan based on Training Needs Analysis data/findings to meet
business needs, support training plan/program implementation.
D. Support training budget control according to Training Needs Analysis.
E. Develop a specific external training vendor shortlist to cover major areas of business
need.
F. Support HR manager in periodical training report accomplishment.
G. Be responsible for training records keeping and uploading into system.
H. Be responsible in collecting and getting the monthly travel plan of the plant.
I. Execute special projects as assigned by HR Manager.
岗位要求:
A、Bachelor Degree or above, Business, Management or English related majors.
B、With 3+ year of HR experiences. Esp. training experience.
C、Good Excel and PPT skills.
D、Good written and fluent oral English.
E、Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
F、Proven result orientation and co-ordination abilities.
G、Multinational company related work experience is preferred.
