? Evaluate learning requirements of the plant based on understanding of business objectives, identify and prioritize learning needs of specific employee segments and recommend training solutions to enhance performance.
? Lead to establish Master Training Plan and the performance management though APEX and APEX for Manufacturing.
? Liaisons with learning committee of VG China to support learning culture cultivation through implementation of HR Operating Review, Employee Survey & etc.
? Develop and implement standard best practice learning support processes / tools with common look and feel, e.g. registration, evaluations / testing of knowledge, logistics coordination, pre/post work, facilitator / participant guides, maintain training record and employee training profile.
? Develop competencies to all functions, establish robust process for assessing the richness of development plans for professional employees to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline. Coordinate the organization development through OCA, Succession Plan.
? Support functions within plant to achieve operational excellence and develop the practice of Star Certification for Hourly employee to improve productivity.
? Constantly improve employee engagement process, such as employee suggestion, communication plan & execution, EE committees, etc.
? Support activities of inclusion & diversity at plant, coordinate to the I&D committee to promote the culture and develop the dimensions and metrics.
? Support all internal and external audit, like TS / ISO, HR Operating Review, Operations Assessment, Eaton Business Excellence Assessment, etc.

EDUCATION AND MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. List the minimum education and experience required to perform this job.
Required: College degree in related field
Preferred: Minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment in a multinational company
