Recruitment Operation
- Support HR BPs on recruiting process, i.e. hiring requisition clarification, appropriate channel selection, interview (incl. coordination of interview arrangements) with hiring managers in an effective way to make hiring decision, offering, etc.
- Work with sourcers about CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc. for assigned postings.
- Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status.
- Use recruiting tools/systems to manage the complete recruiting process.

Employee life cycle management support
- Facilate daily HR processes by developing and maintaining SOP in order to fulfill the internal compliance and risk control requirement
- Make sure exception cases and maintain exceptions with appropriate approval
- Support HR BPs for diagnose and analysis HR Issues upon BU ad-hoc request, deliver timely and quality feedbacks to BU
- Coordinate between Business Department and Controlling Department for Headcount and Operation Planning
- Regularly review Org. structure with business department to ensure the Org. chart reflects the latest business status.
Report & Analysis
- Maintain and update HR related reports on regular basis.
- Do data analysis for continuous improvement.
Support recruitment and HR BP initiatives & projects
- Involve in recruitment events, including but not limited to job fairs, Assessment Centers, campus roadshows, etc.
- Support projects as needed, both for Recruitment and HR BP tasks
