Know-how/ Professional Experience:

1.At least 3 years of experience in a HR role in a manufacturing environment

2.Good interpersonal skills is a must
3.Self motivated, ambitious, with a high energy level, and hands-on passion; Knowledge of Chinese labour law

4.Experience with Workday and/or SAP (BW) is a plus

Key Accountabilities：

1.Responsible for maintaining the employee data in the HR software (entry, exit, change of data, time management information,...)

2.Steer the monthly HR reporting (FTE/HC, Health and Saftey) including preparation of deviaton comments

3.Support the preparation of the annual HR KPI submission

4.Acts as an internal consultant for the employees regarding all HR related matters

5.Manage the overall employee lifecycle including the recruitment process, onboarding of new employees, checking of probation period, retention and exit procedure

6.Prepare presentations, organizational announcements and update of organigrams

7.Support the overall training and development cycle of the company. Seek input for the budget preparationg, provide support and advices for the department managers regarding the selection of trainings. Organize centalized tainings such as English training, ...

8.Initiate other HR administration processes such as yearly medical check, request from the labour bureau,…
