Talent Acquisition Recruiting Sourcer & Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the APAC Talent Acquisition lead and as required the Global TA team.  This is a very dynamic role that requires drive and creativity. This role will be a key contributor to the success of the Global Talent Acquisition team in helping Albemarle Corporation’s continued aggressive growth.

Duties

• • Source for highly specialized technical talent
  • Assist with screening applications and phone screens
  • Interface with senior leadership on a regular basis
  • Process and reconcile expenses for Global Talent Acquisition team
  • Assist Global Talent Management organization with other initiatives as needed
  • Schedule and plan diversity recruiting events
  • Market research on talent distribution and availability
  • Report creation
  • Track diversity KPIs
  • Schedule on site and video interviews

Work Specific Requirements

• • Ability to travel up to 20%.

Basic Requirements

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or Communications or five years of corporate or agency recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience candidate sourcing, headhunting, Cold Calling, social media, LindedIn, 51 jobs etc
  • Language Skills:
  • English ( Ability to read, write and speak)
  • Chinese
  • Proven time management skills
