Mission:

HR Generalist in Epiroc China shared service center’s overall mission is to provide professional HR service to administrate employees’ hire to retire process with quality, efficiency and legal compliance.

Job Description:

• Provide the hire to retire administration services for internal to ensure process alignment and legal compliance.
• Responsible for monthly payroll and tax operations.
• As the process owner to drive the hire to retire administration process standardization and effectiveness, improve efficiency and user experience.
• Responsible for new process set up to centralize global standard HR reporting via HR:LINK system, further release Business HR’s workload from standard HR reporting preparation.
• Active work with internal HRIS and external vendor to improve the master data input burden for China HR users. Drive continuous improvement to find the automatic solution.
• Close interaction with Business HR to follow up indicator report, make sure the quality delivery.
• Active coordinate for the project of new database and training solutions in country level.
• Responsible for social insurances/housing funding management.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 3 years HR C&B experiences, share service background in multinational company will be a plus.

Knowledge / Educational Requirements:

• Understanding and interpretation of HR legislation and policy
• Knowledge of HRIS System
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Be familiar with the Success factor system and HR project coordination will be a plus.
• Good English skill both in written and speaking
• University graduated
