IDEAL CANDIDATE PICTURE

• Bachelor degree in HR, Management, Language related majors;
• Oral English speaking level – Workable or above, MUST; (Why? We have lots of Global Learning & Development projects this year and recent.)
• Must experienced with C&B, or Recruitment, or Training module;
• He or she now should be a Sr. Specialist, or Generalist, or Supervisor role on current job;
• Potential to level-up in the future to HR Supervisor, depends on personal performance;
• Pro-active working attitude, positive thinking mind-sets, level of maturity, good ability on people influence;

At last, the detailed job title of this role could be negotiated or redefined, based on the module(s) the candidate already specialized in or his/her personal willingness.
