At MBition, we are bringing digital luxury to mobility users around the world. To accomplish this, we are redefining how software is developed within the automotive field as part of an international Mercedes-Benz software development network. As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS). In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development.
About the role
- You will be responsible for a department with team leads and employees in HR-relevant topics: recruiting, HR operational business and consulting with a major focus on benefits and compensation for the MBition company
- You will work together with the payroll provider to clarify compensation topics and further develop processes (e.g. special payouts, maternity leave etc.)
- You will be responsible for executing and steering the benefit payout and to further develop ideas how to facilitate and implement benefits
- You will support the onboarding of international candidates including tax and social security topics, with the help of the tax, labour law and finance department
- In your role you will support a reliable HR reporting and create overviews
