Your role As a HR Graduate you will be responsible for the life cycle of our employees from selecting the right people for our company through managing an inclusive recruitment process, to supporting onboarding of new employees and co-ordinating development & learning programs. You will gain extensive knowledge in utilization of Workday HR Software. You will have the opportunity to put into practice your learnings by providing HR advice and support to employees and managers on employment legislation, our policies, and practices. So, who are you? This is an early career opportunity; you will ideally have recently graduated from Human Resources/ Business studies and have experience of working in a HR department – this experience may have been achieved through an internship. You will have a passion for learning and a desire to grow your HR career. You must be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
