PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The business partner leads and manages the people management related agenda at the internal client. The partner leads the change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication. The business partner identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees. The partner identifies employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions in the organization. The business partner is a member of the management team of the internal client. The partner actively supports discussions and transfers best practices from different functions in the organization. The partner takes over the leadership in the people management area and acts as the facilitator for the management team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.

2. Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side

3. Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally.

4. Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client.

5. Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.

6. Recruits personally the key talents for the internal client.

7. Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees.

8. Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.

9. Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves.

10. Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions.

    WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • REQUIRED: At least 5+ years work experience HR generalist experience with more than 3 years at senior management.

  • PREFERRED: Used to work MNC company with company size of more than 1000 (worldwide employee population).

  • SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    1. Bi-lingual in Mandarin and English language skills and must be proficient both verbally and in writing.

    2. Knowledgeable on Taiwan Labour Law.

    3. Able to interpret and use data to drive business conversations around talent, resourcing and organization.

    4. Complex problem resolution and general management expertise.

    5. Able to effectively present and communicate at all levels of the business.

    6. Able to use knowledge and influence to support business strategy at senior levels.

    7. Comfortable with dealing and presenting to management teams.

    8. Be connected broadly through the HR organization; proactively develop relationship with key HR partners.

    9. Able to negotiate, influence and resolve controversial, high-impact human resources issues; may lead Human Recourses strategy discussions and generate plans for implementation.
