Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment & selection process including job posting, screening applications, conducting interview, recommending suitable candidates, job offering and on-boarding arrangement
- Communicate with business unit heads to identify the recruitment needs and requirements
- Collect HR-related market data, perform analysis and relevant statistics
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred
- At least 3 years solid experience in mass recruitment
- Good interpersonal skill, Self-motivated, Proactive and Responsible
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Familiar with MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Immediate available is highly preferred
