Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full cycle of recruitment & selection process including job posting, screening applications, conducting interview, recommending suitable candidates, job offering and on-boarding arrangement
• Communicate with business unit heads to identify the recruitment needs and requirements
• Collect HR-related market data, perform analysis and relevant statistics
• Participate in ad-hoc projects
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred
• At least 3 years solid experience in mass recruitment
• Good interpersonal skill, Self-motivated, Proactive and Responsible
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Familiar with MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
• Immediate available is highly preferred
