Responsibilities:

• Help HRM Team to submit the travel name list, travel period to Travel Insurance Company the minimum of 2 working days in advance as what the travel insurance company required.
• Summarize the travel days and submit the cost report to HR Mgr
• Follow the payment process for travel insurance monthly
• Assist HR department to manage the attendance records and report monthly.
• As the FAQ owner of Travel Insurance and attendance records
• Assist to finish the China work visa and employee resident permit’s application
• Collect, check and submit a lot of employees’ tax declaration and supporting document to China Tax Bureau.
• Other work arranged by line manager

Requirements:

• At least 3 -5 days per week;
• Careful, diligent and flexible
• Have sensibility for personnel work and changes of personnel policy
• Excellent Chinese & English listening, talking, reading, writing skills
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PPT
