- Forming and maintaining employee records in internal HR system.
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and letters.
- Onboarding and offboarding process handling.
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse work group.
Experience with running and operation of routine HR.
Perform expertise and professionalism attitude and manner.
Able to manage routine matters independently.
Effective communications skills in both English & Mandarin(written & spoken) across all level of line manager.
Excellent team player.
Timely and accurate research and reporting of results of analysis.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Able to work with high degree of accuracy, often in time critical situations.
- Degree holder in related discipline.
0-2 years of working experience in human resources area.
Proficient in MS Office.
