人事助理实习生(HR Intern)

Job Description

    Key Tasks:

  • Forming and maintaining employee records in internal HR system.
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and letters.
  • Onboarding and offboarding process handling.
  • Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information.
  • Job Requirements:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse work group.

    • Experience with running and operation of routine HR.

    • Perform expertise and professionalism attitude and manner.

    • Able to manage routine matters independently.

    • Effective communications skills in both English & Mandarin(written & spoken) across all level of line manager.

    • Excellent team player.

    • Timely and accurate research and reporting of results of analysis.

    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

    • Able to work with high degree of accuracy, often in time critical situations.

    Education:

    • Degree holder in related discipline.
    • 0-2 years of working experience in human resources area.

    • Proficient in MS Office.
