Role: HR Intern
Duration: 6 months
Report to: HR Advisor
Key Requirements:
- University degree or above
- Good English in written and good at MS Office
- Patient, both detail and result oriented
- Good communication skill, can work independently and in a team as well
- HR or related major preferred
- Can work at least 4 days a week from Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- New employee enrolment and input to HRIS system
- Support to HRIS system maintenance as required
- Employee attendance management
- Employee master data collection and management
- Personnel file management
- Employee termination management
- Social insurance& housing fund management for new hire and termination
- Employee commercial insurance management
- Analysis& Reporting, e.g.: Leaves, Turnover, Overtime and so on
- Other tasks being assigned
