Role: HR Intern

Duration: 6 months

Report to: HR Advisor


Key Requirements:

  • University degree or above
  • Good English in written and good at MS Office
  • Patient, both detail and result oriented
  • Good communication skill, can work independently and in a team as well
  • HR or related major preferred
  • Can work at least 4 days a week from Monday to Friday


Key Responsibilities:

  • New employee enrolment and input to HRIS system
  • Support to HRIS system maintenance as required
  • Employee attendance management
  • Employee master data collection and management
  • Personnel file management
  • Employee termination management
  • Social insurance& housing fund management for new hire and termination
  • Employee commercial insurance management
  • Analysis& Reporting, e.g.: Leaves, Turnover, Overtime and so on
  • Other tasks being assigned
