Job Title: HR Assistant/Intern


Key Responsibilities:

? Deal with staff work attendance, such as daily registration, monthly collection, etc.

? Key in Data, make sure candidate data pool update and well management.

? Interview and Candidates arrangements.

? Keep recruitment data online updates and proper way.

? Paperwork about HR functions

? New joiners filing and data update.

? Support as an Assistant for human resources and administration department

? Others duties assigned by supervisors


Skills

? New graduates or someone still in university

? Good command of English (spoken and written) and Mandarin

? Professional secretarial skills and communication manner

? University education background

? Good command of computer skills, an advanced user of Ms Office.

? Team player

? Flexible, adaptable, excellent interpersonal skills

? Hardworking and service oriented, cheerful personality (warm, patient, positive, etc.)
