Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Administrate a variety of human resource programs & services. Administrates company policies, HR manual and policy.
2. Support the recruitment process and participants in the interviewing process of staffs.
3. Arrange and coordinate New Hire Orientation training.
4. Maintain personnel records-both manually and computerized HR system, and personal documents, such as personnel documents and training records.
5. Arrange training and exams, maintain records and coordinate training program implementation.
6. Administrate employee supplementary benefits and society insurance through insurance company.
7. Work permit and residence permit for employees.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in related discipline.
2. Intern experience in Human Resources is a plus.
3. Good written and spoken English.
4. Good computer skills.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
6. General knowledge of HR policies and practices preferable.
