Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
® Be responsible for recruiting, collect Personnel Requisitions submitted by Dept. Heads and makes appropriate recommendation by checking with manning budget;
® Focus on Job Analysis according to needs of each dept. Finish Job Specification and Organization Chart. Choose proper recruiting channels and methods, Keep high quality of received resumes;
® Forecast training needs, make Training Systems and annual training budget;
® Select training organization for comparison and negotiate the whole training process. Make training feedback to strengthen internal management;
® Follow up the procedure and prepare training agreement;
® Orientation training program development;
® Proceed Local and Foreign Employment procedure. Such as Employment License, Working Visa, Health Check, Employment Permit and Residence Permit etc. Issue all kinds of invitation letter for employees;
® Organize big events for company, such as Annual Party, Outing or other important meetings;
® Employee promotion, transfer, on board, exit procedure follow up;
® Assist HR Manager finish other issues.l
COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
® Major in Human Resource.
® Personal integrity and high ethical standards. Sense of responsibility, discipline, continuous improvement mind-set.
® Good communication and presentation skills. Empathy and service mind.
® Strong multicultural awareness and preference for working and networking internationally.
® Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin) required.
® Good analytical skills, computer literacy. Good in handling large databases.
® Attention to detail, high level of accuracy in his/her work.
