Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Program administrator for APAC Finance’s Talent programs
  • Champion for APAC Finance in university relations
  • Partnering with Talent Management & Organisation Development to roll out development programs
  • Perform data analysis on program effectiveness
  • Perform research on trends in early talent, and best practices for organisation and development programs
  • Create, update, and review forms, templates, and development playbooks as assigned
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentation materials
  • Support any other projects, initiatives, and general HR activities (HR administration, Talent Acquisition, etc.) as assigned.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Brand Communications, Multimedia, Marketing, or Psychology. (No experience required)
  • Analytical mindset
  • Presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with different levels of people
  • Self-driven and good time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred Requirements:

  • IT system savvy and familiar with social media platforms
  • Good conceptual thinking and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with different levels of people
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience with design and/or developing marketing collaterals
