【实习】HR Intern

Job Description
Main Responsibilities :

  • To support HR systems management on information input and update

  • Support on employee data management, ensure the data accuracy and provide related analysis report as needed;

  • Assist in HR operation process of on-boarding, transfer, termination etc.;

  • Employee Contract Management to ensure all the contract is renew on time with accuracy;

  • Support to deal with all the working permit document for foreigners

  • Support on other HR initiatives as required.



Key Requirements:

  • Major in Human Resource, or other related majors

  • 4-5 days per week for 6 months at least (can start asap)

  • Related HR Internships experience is preferred

  • Very good communication skills, flexibility and enthusiasm

  • Good English language skills (written and spoken)

  • Good knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Self-motivation, independent working style and ability to take initiative

  • Passion in Advertising/PR/Fashion industry
