Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effective maintenance of the employee database and personal files
  • Document filing and maintenance
  • HR Operation work support
  • Daily support to HR Team
  • Assist for interview arrangement, telephone screen etc.
  • On boarding/Exit process support
  • HR System/Report maintenance


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Minimum three days work per week
  • Fluent in English
  • Good command of computer skills and familiar with Office software
