Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effective maintenance of the employee database and personal files
- Document filing and maintenance
- HR Operation work support
- Daily support to HR Team
- Assist for interview arrangement, telephone screen etc.
- On boarding/Exit process support
- HR System/Report maintenance
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum three days work per week
- Fluent in English
- Good command of computer skills and familiar with Office software
