What you’ll do
As HR Lead Balkans you will be the main Human Resources contact for the cluster of countries in the Balkans region ( Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria). You will be guided by the long-term strategy and overall business philosophy and objectives and will partner with your business leaders to deliver this. You will lead a team of HR professionals and support staff and will focus on one or more areas of Human Resources for the cluster. You will:
- Lead HR planning within the Cluster, developing HR programmes and plans that support the organisation’s objectives and incorporate the mid to long term business and HR strategic priorities
- Provide measurable input into the development of overall HR strategy for business area and contribute to the direction of AZ overall HR delivery framework
- Work with executives to understand business priorities and align local HR delivery to support these objectives
- Support the business in communicating and enabling change within the business area
- Be accountable for the local deployment of a number of core HR processes, including HRBP support, reward, performance management and recruitment, partnering with shared service / skill centres where appropriate
- Provide technical HR support in one or two specialist areas, for example supporting the local business with talent management and succession planning or in development and deployment of reward structures
- Manage HR resource requirements to deliver organisational HR objectives and enable successful execution of strategy
- Financially manage budgets for all areas of responsibility required for delivery of HR services
- Build capability within the HR function to deliver against objectives mentoring and developing talent
