Typical Accountabilities:
Strategic business partnership:
- Leads the HR strategic agenda for the commercial functions in business partnership with the key stakeholders
- Develops & ensures implantation of Strategic Workforce Planning for relevant geographies
- Liaises with line managers and employee groups to understand business requirements and tailor specific HR solutions.
- Coaches, supports, mentors and challenges managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provides advice and guidance on complex HR issues to minimise risk and financial exposure
- Ensures proper communication to key organizational stakeholders (local management teams, HR external providers) on HR issues, scorecard & dashboard progress to facilitate proper business decisions, strategy adjustments or enabling change
- Leads projects to optimize HR support to business functions, allowing then
- Drives local roll-out of strategic HR change-initiatives ensuring proper resource allocation & stakeholders management (like Diversity & Inclusion, life-long learning & performance driven mindset, Great Place to Work etc). Supports the development and drives the delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
- Develops business cases for country/-ies to enable & facilitate better HR management outcomes
- Participates in setting and executing against the local business priorities as well as GCC HR scorecard
- Promotes positive employee relations, advising local management on all aspects of labour-management relations and manage employee communications and consultations in conjunction with them to foster a culture of openness, trust and inclusion.
HR compliance framework:
- Supports organization by providing advice and guidance on HR related needs: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, people management & employee relations, reward & recognition (C&B), retention, termination.
- Undertakes projects relating to the formulation, development and implementation of future HR policies, but does not determine policy overall. Acts as primary point of contact for HR policy issues
- Ensures local HR practices are aligned to legal requirements, via partnering with Legal & Compliance team, arranging audits, ensuring clear accountabilities across relevant geographies and functions, risk management & improvement action planning.
- Ensures proper HR related FCF controls are at place, country/-is Headcount, manpower & HR non-manpower costs are maintained within budget
- Assists in the resolution of employee relations matters by advising and consulting on the disciplinary process, grievance procedure, organisational development interventions, terminations and the performance management process

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Solid experience in a senior HR generalist position and talent management
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Project and change management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Full range of functional HR skills at strategic level – Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning
- Excellent Interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Inspiring and Influencing (passionate about people)
- Proven competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Major capabilities: Strategic Thinking, Decision Making, influence skills, Analytical Skills, Communication & interpersonal skills
Desirable:
- Previous experience from working in a Multinational Pharmaceutical Company is preferable
- Experience in Implementing change programmes
- An established record of success in managing and delivering multiple projects to a range of customers on time, within budget and to the desired quality
