JOB SUMMARY
The position is mainly to develop the organization capabilities in terms of:
1. Work with plant team to attract, develop and retain employees for the organization to achieve its current and future business objectives.
2. Ensure HR strategy is implemented effectively and within budgets, and the organization complies with regulations, laws and PPG policies.
3. Provide strong support and consultation to the plant through effective selection process, attract, retain and develop talents to ensure a sustainable business growth;
4. Participate in identifying organization weaknesses and implement programs to address development gaps, liaising with line managers to ensure that each employee has Performance &Learning Plan;
5. Leading training needs assessment and co-ordinate training matrix implementation to meet current and future business needs, career path and staff development;
6. Handle discipline and disposal case by working closely with plant management team and line managers according to China Labor Law and PPG Guideline;
KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
The key performance objectives for the “Position” include:
1. Blue collar recruitment 100% meet the business needs, especially for the future expansion project;
2. Build up the talent pipeline according to the future org-design in 36 months;
3. Design and monitor the Training Plan to meet the Quality & EHS system;
4. Facilitate the Engagement plan and activities;
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Should meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems & EHS Management Systems.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above;
3. At least 8 years’ working experience in HR function of MNC
SKILLS
- Good spoken & written skills in English and Chinese;
2. Good knowledge of China Labor Law and regulations;
3. Good understanding on C&B, Recruiting, Development & Engagement processes and tools;
4. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
