Company Description

To meet our business expansion in Hong Kong, we are hiring an experienced Human Resources professional to join the team as Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of HR services based on guideline and regulatory framework
• Design and execute HR initiatives and projects for improvement of operations, employee’s retention and general related practices
• Enforce effective execution of HR policies
• Handle disciplinary cases in accordance with Company's policies and procedures
• Support any ad hoc projects as required by the Directors

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources in the position of Manager or Assistant Manager
• Have knowledge and background in people development and in assessment tools
• Adapt easily to a new working environment; business acumen and excellent interpersonal communications skills are very important
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Cantonese is required
