Job Description
1. Coordinate personnel work, formulate human resources development goals and plan implementation, and manage systems and procedures;
2. Review the company's salary and welfare standards to ensure fairness and competitiveness;
3. According to the company's short-term and long-term development needs, timely recruit and reserve personnel.
4. Responsible for the company's labor management, and implement rewards and penalties according to performance appraisal.
5. Build harmonious labor relations and employee welfare measures;
6. Responsible for employee file management and handling employee labor relations;
7. Organization and management of the company's activities, coordinating the heads of various departments to do a good job in the management of each department.
job requirements:
1. More than 8 years of experience in administrative management positions and human resources management positions
2. Have strong communication, coordination and promotion ability, and have good professional code of practice;
3. Human resource management, administrative management, psychology or other related majors.
