• Employer of Record. It’s mainly for a client who does not want to keep a Chinese entity but wants to keep a Chinese team. We play the local employer role and client manage the employees.
• Payroll service.
• HRBP outsourcing.
• Expats support, inclusive of VISA application and relocation service.
• E-contracting/e-signing. Offers an online tool to clients to sign contracts/agreements with their employees legally and remotely with free of charge.

Responsibilities
 Make the HR strategy upon the business strategy.
 Develop and optimize recruitment, performance appraisal, payroll, training and development, employee relations systems.
 Develop and optimize HR policies.
 Ensure the HR compliance.
 Propose and manage HR budget.
 Hire, manage and develop the HR team.
 Provide professional advice to the business.
 Provide professional to clients if required.

Requirements
 Master’s degree or above.
 Fluent English.
 3+ years HR manager experience.
