We are looking forward to a HR Manager in Eaton’s Global Financial Share Services Center, based in Suzhou, China. This exciting role offers opportunity to: GFSS HR strategy planning and implementation to meet the current and future organization needs. Measure and diagnose organizational effectiveness, work with senior leaders to develop the new structures to adapt organization development Own the development of organization capability and capability in GFSS through the leadership of talent processes and ensuring actions are taken to advance career opportunities and skill development Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance to site stakeholders, developing and implementing solutions that build as well as develop, operational capability. Manage performance management process, ensure goals are set, quarterly talent reviews completed, development plans established and executed, final reviews are completed on time Counsel and influence management/leadership regarding policies, practices, laws and regulations and monitor application to insure positive and equitable employee relations. Develop the relationship with local universities and build enterprise- school cooperation. Lead the cultural development in GFSS focusing on creating an inclusive and diversified working environment which embraces flexible working practices for employees, Drive WAVE, ENGAGE, enABLE ERG Suzhou Hub. Deploy effective training plans that identify and address learning, training and development needs across the site, design and deliver courses and workshops that encourage use of best practices, and alignment with the Eaton University Toolkit and learning zones. Design, implement, and manage a complete employee relations and communications program to build employee engagement and satisfaction Drive corporate social responsibility in GFSS External benchmarking in shared service industry for best practice sharing. Administrative support in GFSS, including Office management, employee support and visitor management by working with facility manager HR and Administration Team management Government affairs liaison. Facility function and EHS function liaison. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, preferred business administration, human resources, or related field 5+ years of human resources management experience in a large company Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Ability to build trust & maintain confidentiality is critical. Strong business focus/insight and interpersonal/influencing skills. Coaching/Facilitation/Conflict Management skills Excellent English skills - oral and written. Proficient in computer software, Microsoft office. Yes!
