We are looking forward to hiring a HR Manager in Eaton’s Golf Pride business, based in Tainan City. This exciting role offers opportunity to: A. Recruiting & Staffing -Recruits, screens, interviews and advises in the selection of all external staffing of the facility including managers, supervisors, non-supervisory personnel, general sales personnel and hourly personnel. -Assist in the recruitment efforts and new hire and transfer processes including but not limited to: coordination of openings, development of job descriptions, diversity recruitment, write announcements, and act as liaison with the hiring manager and the recruiting team. B. Compensation & Benefits -Develop, maintain, and administer an effective wage and benefit program. Administers compensation program and prepares annual salary increase data (based on merit pool and performance evaluation information) -Monitors benefits administration (wellness, health and welfare benefits, paid time off, etc.) to ensure employee needs are met and concerns are resolved; evaluates cost-effectiveness of benefit programs. C. Organizational Capability Development -Understand the plant strategy and long-term plans to assists the Plant Manager driving the Organizational Capability Assessment process to identify talent and look for training needs and establishes annual training and development plan. -Based on the annual training plan , executes, and coordinates organizational development and training programs to assure an adequate supply of qualified training support and to facilitate good quality of training sessions. D. Labor and Community Relations -Deploy sound HR practices (Eaton Philosophy, Policy) which encourage employee engagement and employee involvement and maintains employee recognition programs to enhance employee involvement. -Deploy the Employee Survey process with timely and responsible resolutions and complete analysis and action plans to drive positive employee relations. -Drive and inclusive and engaged team and leadership team that aligns with the Eaton Leadership Model and Golf Pride Attributes -Ensure that the performance management practices are fully integrated and that the processes are completed to raise the performance bar -Advise managers and supervisors on how to handle employee relations and other employee concerns and how to effectively implement and administer a human resource program in their respective areas. -Act as part of company‘s compliance team, reviews performance appraisals, disciplines, terminations, and other employment-related decisions to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees and to achieve plant compliance with company policies and governmental employment-related regulations and standards. -Facilitate the Community Service Committee to vote for annual community service plan and promotes positive public relations within the local community through personal involvement in community affairs to establish and maintain a respectable corporate image in the surrounding communities.. E. Communication -Create the annual communication plan to communicates with co-workers, management, internal and external customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner. -Prepare and maintain employee guidebook and other communications regarding policies and procedures. -Coordinate communication efforts and counsel employees on matters of mutual concern to employee and company. -Communicate and build up “One Golf Pride” culture. F. HR Functional Excellence -Understand the HR Strategy and lead the local HR strategy to ensure alignment with Eaton’s Value based culture. Recommends, and implements company policies and procedures. Supervises, provides functional guidance, and directs assignments and responsibilities for HR department. -Develop and maintain a respectable image and achieve a high degree of credibility for the Human Resources Team. -Coordinates and organize company-sponsored various types of events (Training, Workshop, Wellness, Celebration..etc.) in conjunction with various event-committees and designees as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, Labor relations or related field. 3 years minimum of HR related experience in a manufacturing environment. 3 years minimum experience managing people. People manager with strong team leadership skills, good interpersonal skills and a team player. Specialized subjects include wage and salary administration techniques, bargaining guidelines, organizational development and training techniques, lawful staffing practices, and elementary psychology and human behavior. Ability to work in a matrix environment, get results and drive change through others. Excellent English & Local Language communication skills Excellent communication, diplomatic and organizational skills. Working knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures Yes!
