Primary Function Supervised by China HR Head, develop, conduct and improve C&B, Performance Managements, Recognition, employee development, sourcing & staffing to support achieve business goals and improve employee engagement.

Reports To:


Key Responsibilities and Activities: HR Head China/ Plant Manager Shandong


1. Monitor and upgrade HR operation and develop team members to ensure a high-performance team to support organization goals.

2. Design and implement organization development activities including change management, talent management, succession plan, learning organization to align with business strategy and support sustainable business growth.

3. Cultivate and maintain positive employee and industrial relationship to build a supportive and harmonious working environment.

4. Update or upgrade HR policies and operational procedures to meet the legal requirement and operational effectiveness and efficiency.

5. Review and update job analysis, job grade and pay structure to clarify organization capability and in line with market compensation trend to attract and keep people

6. Design and improve incentive & bonus scheme, benefits program and performance & career management to ensure the linkage between performance and reward, keep morale and facilitate the formation of high-performance organization.

7. Conduct recruitment and selection (supervisor level and above) to introduce right people to right position in right time to ensure manpower need from the business.

8. Provide day to day management of Admin Support section, include but not limited to the activities of site general services (Guest visits, meeting, travelling, drivers, canteen, cleaning, security, greenery, etc.).


Competencies

1. Education at least junior college or above.

2. At least 8 year of experience in HR, experience in multinational company is preferred.

3. Ability to communicate with all levels in an organization.

4. Excel in organizing, coordinating competency

5. Excellent knowledge of China labor regulation
