1、Set up local HR handbook and corporate policy
2、Provide requisite support to business leaders
3、Develop and implement global and local policies, processes and strategy
4. Work with recruitments to secure quality in screening and attracting top talents
5、Develop and implement people development plan and learning& development program to retain top talents
6、Design and implement a practical performance management system
7、Handle with daily HR tasks in Asia
8、Task assigned by leader
Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree, major in HR or Human Resource Certificate Level 1 or Level 2
2、Have been working for forign-owned corporate as overall position of HR Specialist or HRM for at least 1 year
3、Proficient in English( Oral and writing)
HR should be the preferred support and coach to managers and the business organisation in order to achieve set targets. HR will on an international basis develop and implement Global HR Processes and task related to the group activities in cooperation with Global HR Director and other HR persons within the group.
