岗位职责：

Complicated Workday cases/issues handling (include EIB, issues solving, cases analysis and summary).

Daily communication with local customers, stakeholder service management.

Workday adoption project support.

Team management on people development, performance management, service quality management, recruitment.

1. 负责人力资源系统（Workday）的 管理 维护，确保各项日常功能的实现。

2. 负责与各公司 HR 沟通合作，提供服务并维护关系 。

3. 负责项目推进及协调工作 ， 推进亚太各公司人力资源项目落地。

4. 负责人才发展、绩效管理、服务质量管理以及招聘等团队管理工作。

任职要求：

Rich HR system experience on data maintain, system integration, data migration (Workday or the other ERP system).

HR System process, and end to end process management experience.

People management experience.

Fluent English both in oral and writing.
