Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing the effective HR Management Systems at EMW Greater China, which isconductive to maximize the employee efficiency, productivity and full potential conforming to corporate's standards.

1.identify and implement HR Best Practice including people development, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, reward systems and other HR modules;

2.Leadyand work closely with national HR team to successfully deliver leading edge projects to support business strategy;

3.Evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources programs and practices .

4.Deliver HR support and advice for senior management;

5.Functionas a HR central Point of contact with all resources for day to day HR related topics to management team;

6.Act as a business partner to manage and support Talent Development, Succession planning and other regional projects;

7.Recruits personally the key talents for the management;

8.Support the development of high performance organization and people excellence;

9.Ensure the high quality and timely support to business in the process of HR practices and processes;

10.Crafting clear objectives for individual performance (KPIs), while providing resources and coaching to keep focus on KPIs and increase the likelihood of success

11.Provide consultancy to business leaders regarding questions related to company policy,labor law and performance problems;

12.Resolve personnel issues. Work with business leaders to handle labor dispute or conflict that come up;

13.Monitor regular assessments of employee morale and satisfaction; identify need edactions plans to enhance the employee engagement.

14.Come up with the action plan to enhance the employee stability and decrease the employee turnover

15.Handling employee relations and labor laws in China, which include, but not limited to domestic and international staff handling (VISA, Work permits, Healthcertifications etc.) ensuring you are up to date and in line with all new employment law legislation.

16.Managingthe IT functions.


Requirement:

1.abovebachelor degree; 2.At least eight years working experiences as HR Manager;3.Passionate,entrepreneurship sense, self-motivated and is able to work under pressure;4.Strong team work spirit; Confidence & ability to influence decisions; 5.Abilityto partner and interact with employees at all levels within the Group; 6.Excellentwritten and oral English;
