Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.Acting a role of HRBP providing services for different departments of the company, coordinates implementation of HR policies, manpower planning, selection & recruitment, training & development and all HR programs through a Human Resources team,

2.Proactively assists and advises Management on key HR solutions to facilitate the achievement of growth objectives, operation changes and system improvement needs to meet the organizational development imperatives,

3.Good knowledge and Strong practical experience in C&B and performance management module,

4.To propose, implement and ensure effective execution of HR programs and implementation of policies regarding talent management, training and development, staff retention, coaching and employee relations, compensation and benefits and performance management in line with company HR strategy to support company priorities and enhance organization capability in the company,

5.Ensure the policies and procedures are in compliance with PRC labor law, as well as corporate direction,

6.Cultivate & maintain company culture.


Qualification:

1.Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline,

2.At least 7 years’ relevant experience with 3 years in managerial level within multinational or sizable corporations,

3、Has the ability to work in a fast-paced & culturally-diverse organization; be able to adapt in a work environment that is composed of local Chinese and Asian Expatriates; a team player,

4.Excellent knowledge of Chinese labor law, labor market, social security system,

5.Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, problem-solving and project management skills,

6.Be proactive, flexible, mature and stable with a positive attitude,

7.Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese.
