Summary
1. Guiding the local HR team in all HR operations and staff related activities ensuring they are in compliance to Corporate HR's direction;
2. Support and implement HR projects that will enable the development of human talents in the school;
3. Oversee and manage the efficiency and effective delivery of the full spectrum of human resources functions in school including recruitment & employment, compensation & benefit, HR policies and procedures, employee relationships, training & development, performance management, succession planning, talent management and employee services;
4. Provide strategic advice to local leaders on school’s development and all people issues that may affect the school ;
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders;
6. Safeguarding the Foundation’s vision, mission and values.
