Job Description

Job Description & Responsibilities

Act as HR focal contact person
and core team member to cooperate with our legal team and Compliance team
on branch office set-up and relevant arrangement

o Conduct research and study regarding HR relevant regulation and policy in new office location to understand and help team to successfully set-up basic accounts and office

o Coordinate with local contact persons on proceeding and following up office set-up affairs

o Responsible for data management and submission in government system

o Organise resource on firm CICPA holder and staff list maintenance and management

Assist leaders on Shared Delivery
Center (SDC) demand and delivery management

o Responsible for SDC service quality review and enhancement

o Support leaders on SDC cost analysis and budgeting

o Engage in SDC service demand and supply management

National People with Disability
(PWD) related programs

o Responsible for PWD hiring status analysis and data management

o Periodically collect disability fund related policy and regulatation

o Support Finance on cost analysis

o Engage in disability related forum/session to support leaders on PWD related programs

o Responsible for national PWD related affairs

Professional membership / qualification
management (e.g. CICPA)

o Act as the national CICPA coordinator to liaise with each office

o CICPA data management

o Support firm annual inspection

Vendor management

o Responsible for vendor contract tracking

o Engage in budgeting and expense analysis

o Support on vendor communication and management

Firmwide internal audit related
programs

o Lead and engage in various
internal audits, compliance review and external audit

Requirement
o Support ad-hoc or other HC related projects as assigned;

o Bachelor degree and at least 8 years HR working experience in multinational companies;

o Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;

o Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin;

o High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude;

o Great team player and ability to work effectively with cross Line of Service and regional teams in a complicated business environment;

o Well organized, strong process orientation and data analysis skills;

o Strong execution abilty to lead/work with team on completing tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
